The IBM office in Bratislava, Slovakia, is a key tenant within the WELL Platinum-certified Apollo Nivy office complex, developed by HB Reavis in the central Nové Nivy district of the city. The office occupies approximately 21,000 square meters across the 5th to 7th floors in the modern building, which was completed in 2023. The building was designed with a focus on employee wellbeing and productivity, combining traditional workstations with collaborative and social spaces—including a customer zone and play areas—all crafted to support diverse work modes and foster a healthy, engaging environment. Our team conducted the WELL Performance Verification (PV) testing, helping the project achieve WELL Gold certification.
